The Repurposing Projects: ChatBots, Links, Resources, Story Suites OH MY

In case you missed it, I sent a newsletter earlier this month sharing that I will be offering ONE exclusive project each month to help small business owners GET SHIT DONE. I know that running a business and trying to wear all of the hats is straight-up exhausting. You probably have a to-do list longer than the eye can see… and yet the days count on, and you don’t launch that next thing, go on that podcast, speak on the stage…

What if you could pass it off?

Hear me out. That tool you want to implement, that email sequence you want to set up, that freebie you need to be designed, maybe the presentation you’re giving needs notes and an opt-in? I got you!

This is for all of you putting off that one big thing that could change the game. Let's dive into my recent Repurposing Project for my long-time client, Shelly Taft, and her podcast - because your next 'big thing' could be just like hers.

Spoiler Alert: You Prob Have Too Many Links in Your Bio

Updating and streamlining your links page goes beyond tidying up; it’s about crafting a journey. A well-organized links page guides your audience gently from interest to action, increasing engagement and conversion rates. A curated links page also reflects the care you put into your brand. It shows that you value your audience’s time and desire to connect with them meaningfully. Regular updates keep the content fresh and relevant, signaling that you're on the ball and in tune with your audience's needs. It's not just maintenance; it's a dynamic conversation that evolves with your brand and your community.

By transforming Shelly's links page, we didn’t just declutter; we opened up a space for her audience to explore and connect with her content on a deeper level. This isn’t just good design; it’s good business.

Thinking about the audience first

The heart of this transformation is all about crafting an online space that feels like a cozy corner of the web, specifically tailored for her audience. We weren't just shuffling things around; we were creating a welcoming space where her community could stay awhile.

The mission? To turn passive scrollers into active participants. The vision is that her followers will not merely just glance at a post but immerse themselves in Shelly’s world of new parenthood. TCG crates each piece of content as a stepping stone toward her podcast, classes, and virtual feeding consults.

Peeling Back the Curtain on this Repurposing Project

The Refreshed Resources Page: Where Every Link Tells a Story

We took a step back and looked at Shelly's content through the eyes of her audience. To create a Resources page—a carefully curates page of her digital world. Each resource was chosen with the intention of providing her audience with the info they need.

The Beauty of Automation

We used Later and ManyChat to simplify Shelly's content sharing. Think of it like a coffee maker set the night before; when the morning comes, your fresh cup is waiting for you without any hassle. That's what we did with Shelly's content—set everything up so her valuable advice reaches her audience right on time, every time, without her needing to lift a finger.

Real Results: A Clear Path to Engagement

After we put these changes in place, Shelly’s podcast and Facebook group have become go-to spots for her community. It’s like opening a new playground in the neighborhood—it quickly fills up with the sound of laughter and lively conversation. The Resources page is now a clear, well-lit path that leads her audience to what they're looking for, be it advice, support, or deeper learning.

Taking Action: From To-Do to Done

What did we learn from this project? It's all about moving from planning to action. If you have a digital to-do list that’s been gathering dust, it’s time to tackle it. With a Repurposing Project, we take those tasks off your shoulders and turn them into something tangible and effective. It's not just about crossing off a task; it's about creating a space that works better for you and your audience.
