The ThriveFlow Launch Story: Repurposing Project
Launching anything—a new product, service, or even that podcast you’ve been noodling over—feels big, doesn’t it? Sure, creating the thing you’re launching is important, don’t get me wrong, but sharing it with the world brings its own set of challenges. From the behind-the-scenes tech setup to writing email newsletters or sequences to creating social content, it's all in the details.
Back in the Summer of 2023, I met Susan for a Starter Kit Session to help her hash out her content pillars and what she could talk about to her audience in her marketing. Fast forward to 2024, and she has a new program launching and needed help bringing it to life. When she came to me with two Google Docs and a vision. Now she's launching ThriveFlow, her coaching program, with a little help from us at TCG; here’s a peek at what we delivered.
Let’s get into how we got here. We started with research on Susan's audience and their needs to craft the plan. The plan we came up with was to tease something new for four weeks ahead of the launch of ThriveFlow Coaching. Over the next month, her social media presence began hinting at what was to come, and to keep the message consistent, we gently shared the story of transformation that her program promises via email newsletters. Here’s a look at the plan we came up with to bring ThriveFlow Coaching into the world.
ThriveFlow Coaching is a program packed with potential, but it needed a visual representation to truly connect with her ideal clients. Her ThriveFlow Signature Formula is the four-step formula she uses in this program. So naturally, the first task on our list was to create a visual representation of her formula to help her audience understand how her formula works. Here’s what we came up with:
Spinning the Strategy Wheel
Creating an impactful pre-launch phase is critical for the success of any program, and Susan Ng'ang'a's ThriveFlow Coaching was no different. The launch lead-up was all about sparking curiosity and building anticipation. These pieces of content were built not just to inform but to engage, opening up a dialogue with her community about the journey ahead.
To kick things off, TCG created four pre-launch email newsletters, designed to warm up Susan’s audience. Each subject line hinting at what's to come, promising transformation and balance, from reigniting business passion to introducing the blueprint for success and serenity. These emails were an invitation to start a journey to a thriving business and well-being.
We also created four teaser social posts to complement the four emails we sent to warm up her email subscribers. From addressing burnout to revealing the ThriveFlow Formula, these posts weren't just fluffed; they were conversation starters, each a piece of a larger vision that led to the ThriveFlow Coaching program.
After a month of warming up her audience, we shifted focus to launch content. Sharing all of the details of ThriveFlow Coaching, including all of the features and benefits of this program. We aimed to have the messaging communicate what sets ThriveFlow Coaching apart from other coaching programs out there. This launch content highlights the transformative aspects of Susan’s program, which is supported by content that addresses real pain points and offers genuine inspiration.
Behind the scenes, TCG handled all the nuts and bolts—setting up systems, fine-tuning the website, and scheduling content. This allowed Susan to take a more hands-off approach to this launch build-out. This trust allowed her to focus on what she does best—coaching and traveling—while TCG diligently worked to bring her vision to life in the digital landscape.

Throughout this journey, we’ve continued to fine-tune our approach finding that impact doesn't come from reinventing the wheel but from genuine, relatable content. We’ve sharpened Susan's message, ensuring it reaches and resonates with her audience on a deeper level. The goal is for her audience to feel SEEN through her content.
